Clowance’s splendid stone-built Coach House is one of the historic treasures of the estate – and, beautifully restored to create characterful, individual retreats, it can be your home for the duration of your luxury getaway.

Flawlessly fusing the building’s rich history with the luxuries of modern life, the interior design and furnishings are the epitome of style. Modern architectural details such as the mezzanine landing blend seamlessly with original features like high ceilings and exposed beams, which add that touch of historical authenticity.

Bathed in light, the ground floor features delightful tall patio doors leading out onto the shared courtyard, beautifully up-lit at night, where you can eat al fresco, enjoy long summer evenings with your nearest and dearest, and relax in the indulgent hot tubs.

Inside, the accommodation features a Smart TV in the living area; an open-plan kitchen and dining area complete with coffee machine (as well as kettle, cafetiere, toaster, microwave, oven, grill, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer); a handy utility room; and two divinely luxurious en suite bedrooms. The striking A-frame architecture is complemented by modern interior décor and furnishings. Entering through the impressive glass façade, you’ll be greeted by an open-plan living area bathed in light. Here, you’ll find a flatscreen TV and area to relax, a well-equipped kitchen (with kettle, cafetiere, toaster, microwave, oven, grill, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer), and space to dine. Or why not enjoy your meal al fresco, in your own private outdoor decking area?

Then, at the end of a busy day, there’s a shower room in which to refreshen up before climbing the stairs to the mezzanine floor, where two single beds are ready to transport you to dreamland (can be made into a double), with space to sleep two more on the sofa bed downstairs.
