Karen | Other Lovely large lodge with good facilities. Nice to have two bathrooms when coming with grandchildren.Could do with softer pillows and would be nice if there were some gates each side at the bottom of the steps (or some side decking) to stop dogs and children being able to escape when the main door is opened!

Gemma Hull | Other Lovely lodge.Nice location.Clean and tidy.Driving range could do with an updateMain issue... MANAGER. Mark/Mike.Patronising.WiFi wasn't working. Was offered a 'donglethat worked for about 1 hour a day. 2 rolls of toilet roll for a cabin holding 8people for 5 days.Asked for another roll as child unwell and'going through it.Answer I got was 'if you'd ever been to alodge before, you'd know we only provide astarter pack'. Rude and patronising.Electricity went off after been there for anhour, but quickly resolved.EV charger not working. All other staff lovely.
