On arrival there was a bin bag left outside the caravan which the seagulls were then in. When we lifted the door mat it was dirty underneath.Underneath the sofa there was popcorn and cheese balls.Next to the bin in the cupboard there was half eaten food and bits of rubbish left.Beds were clean and comfortable however the sofa bed had springs coming out everywhere.I put the oven on the highest heat and even after 1 hour 20 minutes my son’s chips and chicken nuggets were still not cooked. He has sensory issues and only eats certain foods so this was a bit ridiculous.The location of the caravan was great was just a 2 minute walk to the pavilion and 8 minutes to coney beach.The staff at the showdome on the doors weren’t great. I understand they have to check bags but to refuse a toddler to bring in juice from there bottle is terrible. Also they refused someone bringing in a snack for their child who was celiac all pure greed! Everything is so overpriced.We did enjoy the holiday and the break away it just could have been a bit better.

Loved evey minute of it, i will say the games in arcade are expensive and short..like 60 seconds, our favorite was the pool party for the cost 30 minutes isnt long enough needs at least 45 mins Staff amazing Chicken shop lovelyCaravan immaculate Will come back
