Hike the North Downs Way...

A walking holiday to the Kent Downs is ideal for both leisurely rambles and more strenuous hikes. The North Downs Way is a long-distance National Trail that passes through the Kent Downs and is great for families, dog walkers and more experienced hikers. Depending on which section you join, you can expect to encounter ancient forts, remnants of Roman roads, picturesque woodlands and unique chalk escarpments. Other popular Kent Downs walks include trails through the Elham Valley, Lyminge Forest and the Wye Downs.
